マグチグループでは株式会社ファンバウンドとの提携により、大阪市港区に高級民泊施設「今昔荘 大阪天保山－米商・魚商－」を2025年9月12日にオープンしましたのでお知らせいたします。

本施設は、マグチグループの旧事務所ビルを改築し、大阪港の歴史や文化をモチーフにした落ち着きある内装が特徴です。各階ワンフロア貸切型で最大12名まで宿泊可能。中央には静岡県富士宮市の専門会社による大型檜風呂を備え、快適で贅沢な滞在を提供します。

株式会社ファンバウンドは、空き家や空きビルをリノベーションした都市型高級民泊・高級貸し切り宿「今昔荘」ブランドを運営し、高い評価を得ています。
今回の開業にあたって、マグチグループでは間口ファシリティーズが企画段階から参画。西島建設工業が施工を担当いたしました。

観光庁の発表では、2024年の訪日外国人旅行消費額が８兆1,257億円※に達し、民泊需要も拡大しています。マグチグループは、この市場成長を背景に、民泊事業関連ビジネスを通じて地域に新たな価値を提供してまいります。

Notice of opening KONJAKUSO Osaka Tempozan "KOMESHOU UOSHOU"

Maguchi Group announces the opening of the luxury private lodging facility KONJAKUSO Osaka Tempozan "KOMESHOU UOSHOU" in Minato-ku, Osaka City, on September 12, 2025, through a partnership with Funbound Co., Ltd.

This facility was renovated from the former Maguchi Group office building and features a serene interior design inspired by the history and culture of Osaka Port. Each floor can be rented for exclusive use and accommodates up to 12 guests. At its center is a large cypress bathtub crafted by a specialized company in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This facility offers guests a comfortable and luxurious experience.

Funbound Co., Ltd. operates urban luxury private lodgings and the KONJAKUSO brand of luxury exclusive-use lodgings. These properties are renovated from vacant houses and buildings, and the brand has earned high acclaim.
For this opening, the Maguchi Group involved Maguchi Facilities from the planning stage. Nishijima Kensetsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. was responsible for construction.

According to the Japan Tourism Agency, foreign tourist spending in Japan reached approximately 8 trillion yen※ in 2024. Demand for private lodging is also increasing. With this market growth in mind, Maguchi Group will provide new value to the region through businesses related to the private lodging industry.

Annonce d'ouverture « KONJAKUSO Osaka Tempozan "KOMESHOU UOSHOU" »

Le groupe Maguchi annonce l'ouverture de l'établissement de logement privé de tourisme de luxe « KONJAKUSO Osaka Tempozan "KOMESHOU UOSHOU" » à Minato-ku, dans la ville d'Osaka, le 12 septembre 2025, grâce à un partenariat avec Funbound Co., Ltd.

Cet établissement a été rénové à partir de l'ancien immeuble de bureaux du groupe Maguchi et présente une décoration intérieure sereine inspirée par l'histoire et la culture du port d'Osaka. Chaque étage peut être privatisé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. En son centre se trouve une grande baignoire de cyprès fabriquée par une entreprise spécialisée dans la ville de Fujinomiya, préfecture de Shizuoka. L'établissement offre aux clients une expérience confortable et luxueuse.

Funbound Co., Ltd. exploite les logements privés de tourisme urbains de luxe et la marque « KONJAKUSO » des logements de luxe à privatiser. Ces propriétés sont rénovées à partir de maisons et de bâtiments vacants, et la marque a obtenu de grands succès.
Pour cette ouverture, le groupe Maguchi a associé le Maguchi Facilities dès la phase de planification. Nishijima Kensetsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. était responsable de la construction.

Selon l'Agence japonaise du tourisme, les dépenses des touristes étrangers au Japon ont atteint environ 8 billion de yens※ en 2024. La demande pour le logement privé de tourisme est également en augmentation. En tenant compte de cette expansion du marché, le groupe Maguchi fournira une nouvelle valeur à la région par le biais d'entreprises liées à l'industrie du logement privé de tourisme.
